✨Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Caitlin Pontrella, an Interim CEO/Executive Director, nonprofit consultant, and change agent. My career has centered on guiding organizations through moments of transformation and turbulence.

9 leadership roles · 4 board positions · budgets up to $18M

I am coauthor of Nonprofit Boards for Dummies (Wiley, 2026), and an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University, where I teach Governance. At present, I also am serving as the Interim Executive Director at Edmonds Center for the Arts.

Beyond the professional, I am a partner, sibling, friend, and world builder—a voracious reader, urban sketcher, and host of long, cozy dinners where conversation wanders through art, ethics, and society.
